Technical Support Representative/Customer Support Representative
Full Time
Long Island based education sales company looking for a dedicated, self motivated, energetic individual to join our team with the following qualifications and experience.
Job Description:
• Answering incoming calls pertaining to technical and customer support related issues
• Responding to incoming emails in a timely manner
• Responding to technical support tickets from a queued database
• Process RMA’s.
• Assist other departments when necessary
Requirements
• Associate Degree
• Minimum 2 years of tech support/customer service experience
• Minimum 2 years experience handling incoming support calls
• Minimum 2 years experience troubleshooting Windows OS
• Knowledge of troubleshooting Mac OS a plus
• Excellent in-person and phone communications communication skills
• Flexible and able to work under pressure in an evolving, fast paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail, follow thru ability and initiative
• Ability to exercise good judgment, tact and diplomatic when interacting with customers, other employee and managers
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
